Believe in New Beginnings ATC

I just finished making my four ATC for our groups monthly exchange. This months theme is "Believe in New Beginnings" and I decided to try my hand at watercolor sketches. Here are the results...

I am enjoying this new medium, and it will travel well, and since travel seems to be very much in my future, I guess that is a good thing. It is also Every Inchie Monday and the theme this week is "fire"...
These really do look so much better in reality than they do scanned, I sure wish you could see them!
Until next time...enjoy.

    1. Thanks for visiting, Pauline, glad you like my watercolors. I am pretty excited about learning a new medium, something that travels well, and takes very few supplies. It is surprising how tiny the work can be and still have tons of detail...

    1. Thanks Trillian, that means a lot to me! After all, you got me started on the little darlings! I never would have guessed how much could be said on a single square inch of paper. Thanks for hosting us each week!

    1. Thank you ArtMuseDog and Carol, I love hearing feed back when trying out a new medium. For that matter, if it's positive, I love all feedback! :-D
I had to Google namaste, to see what it meant,
"It is a customary greeting when individuals meet, and a valediction upon their parting."
Do I have that right? If so, then namaste...

  6. really quite inspired. I love the wee-ness of your work.

I, too, work very small since I live with my Service Dog, Gracie Mae, in The Wee Cottage which is just 300 square feet.

I am curious about "inchies" and would love to explore them more. I had heard of them a couple of years ago but this was a sweet reminder!!

so nice to "meet" you here on CED.

    safe travels!
